    We offer vehicles with large luggage capacity, allowing us to carry 1 suitcase, 1 pair of skis and 1 pair of ski boots per passenger.

    If you have a larger quantity of luggage we kindly ask you to mention it during your reservation. We will make sure that all your luggage can be carried by using the right vehicle category.
  • 7. How can I find the driver ?
    At the airport, the driver will be waiting for you at the exit after customs with a sign in your name. You will see him at the passenger exit, after having recovered your luggage.

    For a hotel pickup, the driver will be waiting for you at the reception of the hotel.

    For a pickup at a private address, the driver will be waiting at the address that you have indicated.

    You can contact us 24/7 for any information about your driver or your pickup.

  • 9. What should I do in case of flight delay ?
    Please inform us about your flight delay if possible. We monitor your flight status online and on airport Apps. We will be informed about your flight delay and will rearrange our car schedules to make sure that a driver will meet you at the airport when you arrive.
  • 10. Can I do a stop at a supermarket ?
    Yes, a stop at a supermarket is possible. It is not included in the price of your transfer. We kindly ask you to indicate in advance if you wish to stop at a supermarket. We will then make sure that your driver has time for this.
  • 11. Why is it better to book a transfer to a Club Med facility with us ?
    It is cheaper

    You will have a vehicle for yourself. You will not be sharing a van with other Club Med guests
